We proudly offer reliable shipping services and strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that holidays may impact delivery times. We may also offer same-day dispatch for select orders.
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 4–10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high order volumes, shipments may experience minor delays. Additional transit days may apply. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. There is a small window to correct an incorrect address, so please contact us immediately if a correction is needed.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee as determined by CrysCos.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CrysCos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please report the issue to local authorities.
Return Requests
CrysCos allows returns within 24 hours of receiving the order. Items must be returned unused.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, CrysCos may either cancel and refund the item or ship remaining items in your order.
Import Duties and Taxes
You have the option to pre-pay import duties and taxes, which will be included in your order price.
